Who provides the service?
Scrub Hub coordinates laundry services in Jeddah for individuals and businesses through partners approved by Scrub Hub, including collection, delivery and order communication. Care performed by the partner depends on the item and agreed scope.
What does partner approval mean?
It means the partner is selected to work within Scrub Hub services. It does not imply government approval, an independent certification or medical sterilisation accreditation. Specialist requirements must be disclosed and assessed before agreement.
Match care to the garment
Share care instructions, fabric, embellishments, stains and existing damage. These details matter more than selecting a service by name alone; similar-looking items may need different care.
Clarify the request before approval
Review items, service, billing unit, quantities, any transport charges and agreed timing. Discuss specialist care or urgency before confirmation rather than assuming it is included.
Check handover and raise concerns
Review quantities, finishing and any order notes at delivery. Report discrepancies or finishing concerns with order details, a clear description and a photo when helpful. Avoid including payment or sensitive information in photos.
For businesses: define requirements before recurring supply
For gym and spa towels, uniforms or hospitality linen, specify sorting, finishing, count or weight records and visit frequency. These are discussed in your quote; unsupported sterilisation certificates or guaranteed stain-removal results are not claimed.
